CarbonBorder Desk provides operational support for CBAM document processing, supplier follow-up, evidence collection, and declaration-preparation workflows. We are not a law firm, customs broker, tax adviser, or authorised CBAM declarant, and we do not provide legal, tax, or customs advice.

We do not submit official CBAM declarations on your behalf unless a separate, explicitly authorised arrangement exists. Final regulatory responsibility remains with the importer or their appointed representative.

3. No warranty on outcomes

Our deliverables are working files and organised evidence intended to support your own review and that of your advisers. We take reasonable care, but we do not warrant regulatory compliance, completeness of third-party supplier data, or any particular outcome.

4. Engagement and pricing

Pricing shown on this website is indicative. The pilot diagnostic is a fixed-scope offer; ongoing desk pricing depends on document volume, supplier count, and complexity, and is confirmed in writing before work begins.

5. Confidentiality

We treat documents you share as confidential and can work under a reasonable NDA. See our Privacy Policy for how personal data is handled.

6. Intellectual property

The content, design, and branding of this website are owned by CarbonBorder Desk / TheLoomLabs. Deliverables produced for a client are licensed to that client for their internal use upon payment.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability arising from the website or services is limited to the fees paid for the relevant engagement. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

8. Governing law
